Southern flare in the 19th Ward

Our story

The Arnett Café owned by Norman and Kim Brown opened in 2013 recognizing the need to serve Rochester's 19th Ward and surrounding communities with comfort food. On the menu you can find southern dishes which include Chicken & Waffles and Shrimp & Grits thus adopting their slogan "Dining with a southern Flare".
